Jonathan Green, an English traveler, was given the task of mapping the lands of the Russian Empire that are located in the Far East by Czar Peter the Great of Russia. Green embarks on yet another arduous voyage, one that is packed to the brim with extraordinary adventures, and it ultimately brings him to China.
