The Music Box
Sophie's care is given to her distant aunt Annabelle after she is cruelly orphaned at the age of six. Sophie unearths a closed wooden box with a mysterious symbol engraved on it when the two move into a vast, creepy Victorian home. Annabelle pries the lock open, displaying a lovely music box, desperate to connect with her niece. The music box's strangely haunting song plays somewhat longer each time it is coiled and replayed, enthralling Sophie even more. Annabelle gets the help of a child psychologist and clairvoyant when the music box begins to impair Sophie's behavior and health. They soon discover the music box is inhabited by an evil ghost that wants to haunt Sophie and ruin Annabelle. As the haunting grows more intense, Annabelle finds herself racing against the melody of the music box to destroy the ghost before the last note is played.
