Three minor delinquents (Danes, Ribisi, and Epps) are recruited by an undercover cop (Farina) to bust a cop/drug ring. When the recruiter is assassinated, they go above and beyond their call of duty to solve the murder and bust the drug ring. Suffering the sarcasm and ridicule of their colleagues, they fight to keep their names and the name of their deceased benefactor alive.
