Cetarti is drowning in a sea of nothingness. As he doesn't have a job or a purpose, he spends his days inside watching documentaries on TV. One day, he is told that his mother and brother were killed. For the bodies and life insurance money, he goes from Buenos Aires to Lapachito, a small town in northern Argentina. People who run the town are called "bosses." Duarte is one of them. Duarte is also a friend of his mother's killer, and he also abducts people for money. In order to get his hands on the insurance money, Cetarti must break the law. He will become involved in Duarte's dark dealings, which will lead to an absurd and unexpected outcome.
