The Legend of the Lone Ranger

When John Reid, a young Texas Ranger, is the sole survivor of an ambush set up by the militaristic outlaw leader Butch Cavendich, he is rescued by an old childhood Comanche friend, Tonto. He devotes his life to combating the evil that Cavendich represents once he recovers from his wounds. To that end, John Reid transforms into the legendary masked western hero The Lone Ranger. When Cavendich kidnaps President Grant, the pair goes to rescue him with the help of Tonto.
