The Last Hard Men
Some convicts on a road gang escaped in the early 1900s, including Zach Provo, a half-Indian who was sentenced to prison in the late 1800s. He flees with 6 others to avenge Sam Burgade, the lawman who not only captured him but also killed Provo's wife in Provo's mind. He intends to steal Burgade's daughter, prompting him to mount his horse and pursue him. Can Burgade, who has been retired for a while, still find Provo?
