Thunder, an abandoned young cat looking for shelter from a storm, stumbles into the strangest house imaginable, owned by an old magician and populated by a dazzling array of automatons and gizmos. As Jack Rabbit and Maggie Mouse plot to evict Thunder, not everyone welcomes the new addition to the troupe. The situation worsens when the magician is hospitalized and his cunning nephew sees an opportunity to profit by selling the mansion. Our young hero is determined to earn his place, so he enlists the assistance of some eccentric magician's assistants to guard his magical new home.
