The Happy Film
His work has been used by the Rolling Stones and Jay-Z. Stefan Sagmeister lives in the city of his dreams. There are a lot of good things going on at work, but he thinks there must be more to life. Sagmeister wants to change his personality by trying to figure out what makes people happy. On the advice of a trusted psychologist, Sagmeister tries three different things: meditation, therapy, and drugs, to see which works best for him. His journey is the subject of the Happy Film. It shows him joy, ecstasy, sorrow, change, love, and death.
