Mitch McDeere, a talented young lawyer, is Mitch McDeere. As he prepares to take the bar exam, 'The Firm' approaches him with an offer he can't refuse. Because of all the money and gifts he gets, he has no idea that his company has a more sinister side. As a result, two of their colleagues were killed. The FBI contacted him and asked for information, and his life was shattered. He has the option of joining the FBI or remaining with the Firm.
