The Day After
America is on the verge of nuclear war in the mid-1980s. As the residents of a small town in Kansas go about their daily lives, this shadow looms over them. Dr. Russell Oakes keeps his busy schedule at the hospital, Denise Dahlberg is getting ready for her wedding, and Stephen Klein is deep in his graduate studies.
