The Black Stallion
Alec is traveling with his father when a mysterious Arabian stallion is brought on board and kept in the ship they are on. When it sinks, both he and the horse are left on a deserted island. He befriends it, and when they are finally saved, they both go back to his house, where they soon meet Henry Dailey, who used to be a successful trainer. Together, they begin training the horse to race against the fastest horses in the world.
