At one point, the Clueless Stork from the children's delivery center got the addresses mixed up, and as a result, the Little Panda Bear was delivered to the bear named Mik-Mik instead of the Pandas Family. Mik-Mik is a highly orderly person, therefore he comes to the conclusion that the Baby Pandu should go to South China to live with his parents. Oscar's unfortunate next-door neighbor, Hare, is bound to go on this trip with him. Along the trip, they have encounters with the haughty Pelican Duke, the fearful Wolf Janus, and the passionate Tiger Cupid.
