Convinced he is competing in Los Angeles's hottest Platinum Scissors competition, Scottish hairstylist Crawford (Craig Ferguson) departs Glasgow with a film team to document the event. When Crawford discovers he is merely an audience member, he must devise a means to become the mane event. His stiff-as-gel rival is the abhorrent Norwegian Stig. Drew Carey and others perform in cameo roles in this hysterical mockumentary.
