The Big Boss

Chen is a young man from the city who, together with his cousins, goes to the countryside to find employment in an ice plant. He does this with the understanding that he and his family will never get into a disagreement. However, when members of his family start going missing after having interactions with the management of the business, he is forced to breach his vow and take on the role of the Big Boss so that he can solve the mystery and relieve the pressure.
