On a farm in Connecticut, two baseball players named Ben and Mickey are battling zombies. It's against the rules for them to work together as a battery: a catcher and a pitcher. They work together to get the batter, who hits the ball, out of the game. And the batter in this case is a zombie. Ben is very tough, and Mickey is very soft. They often disagree about how to deal with the situation. Then, through their walkie-talkies, they hear a voice from a person. Mickey thinks that salvation is near, but does Ben's suspicion sound right to him?
