Following the tragic death of her parents, Fawn Harriman learns that she has inherited a theater in the town of Amityville, which is where they lived. As a group, she and three of her friends decide to stay there for the weekend and look at the place. A teacher at her high school starts to look into the village's history and finds a connection to something that goes back even further than we know.
