The 4th Floor
A young woman inherits an apartment from her grandmother, who died in an odd accident there. She is instantly greeted by very odd neighbors, and her apartment is invaded by rats and flies. However, given the assortment of oddballs surrounding her, who might it be? Everyone cautions her to avoid her upstairs neighbor, yet he is the only one who is friendly to her. According to reports, the neighbor below her is an 80-year-old woman, but she bangs the floor so hard that she cracks tiles when the young woman moves furniture. Another neighbor initially appears to be pleasant, but eventually appears to be more intrusive and menacing. Additionally, her lover being a weatherman cannot be ruled out. Despite his wish for her to move in with him, she did.
