Stray Dogs
a father and his two young children go around the edges of modern Taipei, going from the woods and rivers outside to the rain-stained streets inside. By day, the father works as a human billboard for high-end apartments. His young son and daughter live off free food samples at supermarkets and malls. Each night, the family takes shelter in an old building that has been left to rot away. When the father looks at the hypnotic mural on the wall of this temporary home, he gets very excited. It is the day of the father's birthday, and the family is joined by a woman. She might be the key to unlocking the buried emotions from the past that are still there in the present.
