An increasing number of residents have formed a neighborhood watch to patrol their tiny town in response to the rising crime rate. It was founded by a group of persons who are largely retirees who enjoy action movies and always imagine themselves as action heroes like their idols. A mystery girl appears in their village and approaches them, offering them the opportunity to be heroes.
