Soulless
The story of Soulless takes place in the imaginary town of Bell's End, which has been dogged by a curse since its inception in 1700. Following the death of a young woman in a vehicle accident, her body mysteriously vanishes en route to the hospital. She is found alive behind a local hotel a few days later. Meanwhile, word of her reanimation reaches the Department of Defense, where decades previously, the woman's mother was the subject of a failed clandestine tissue regeneration research experiment. The DOD intensifies its pursuit of her, as she swiftly discovers that attempting to return to the land of the living risks destroying the ones she cares about most.
