Snowtime!

The children of a tiny town in the middle of winter decide to keep themselves entertained by engaging in a large snowball battle during their break from school. Luke and Sophie, both aged 11, rise to the position of leader of their respective rival factions. A sophisticated snow fort is the stronghold that Sophie and her allies defend against the onslaught of Luke's army. The winner will be determined by which side has control of the fort when the winter break is over. But what begins as nothing but innocent merriment and enthusiasm among young people quickly escalates into a more serious confrontation. The youngsters decide to attack the snow fort rather than each other, which brings back their joy, and they proceed to dismantle every last piece of the structure with great glee.
