Sir! No Sir!
The anti-war movement that occurred inside the ranks of the United States Military during the Vietnam War is the subject of the documentary film titled Sir! No Sir! It is made up of a portion of interviews with Vietnam soldiers who discuss the reasons why they protested the war or even deserted their posts during the conflict. The film tells the story of how, from the very beginning of the war in Vietnam, there was resentment within the ranks due to the disparity between the conflict in Vietnam and the "good wars" that their fathers had fought. The "good wars" that their fathers had fought included World War II and the Korean War. As time passed, it became clear that there were such a large number of people who were against the war that they could speak about a movement.
