Penny Slot (Rena Riffel), a Las Vegas stripper, embarks on a journey to become the main dancer on a dance television show. She sets out to locate the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, but instead finds herself in jeopardy in a town that is even more sinister than Sin City. She then embarks on a journey towards her ambitions of stardom, celebrity, and wealth. However, danger lurks around every corner as Penny Slot is drawn into a perilous love triangle that is full of temptation and seduction. Jennifer (Penny) is advised by her longstanding fiancé/boyfriend, James "Jimmy" Smith (Glenn Plummer), that she needs proper technique instruction if she wants to be regarded seriously as a genuine dancer.
