Amy (Harris) is celebrating her birthday when a group of pals conducts a late-night visit to the city morgue. However, when the one-eyed body of vicious psychopath Jacob Goodnight (Jacobs) unexpectedly emerges from a freezing sub-basement slab, they are taken completely by surprise. They rapidly discover that their exuberant celebration has turned into a horrifying slay-fest as the vicious mass-murderer resumes his savage rampage, armed with hooks, surgical knives and power saws.
