This is a wonderful comedy, a buddy movie, and a heist film all rolled into one! Frank, the grumpy old man, lives alone. Every day, he makes a pilgrimage to his local library, where the librarian has a glint in his eye. In order to ensure their father's safety, his adult children have purchased a caretaker robot for him. First wary of the idea but quickly appreciating the benefits of robotic support like nutritious meals and a clean house, Frank begins to consider his robot as a true partner despite initially being skeptical of the idea Frank's interest in his old, illegal job has been resurrected, for better or worse, thanks to his robot.
