Ride with the Devil
In the chaos of the American Civil War, four characters in Ride with the Devil battle for truth and justice. Ang Lee transports us to a no man's land on the Missouri/Kansas border where a loyalist, an immigrant's son, a freed slave, and a young widow create an improbable relationship as they learn to endure an uncertain time. In a place with no rules, one must reinvent the meaning of courage and honor.
