Jacques Clouseau, Chief Inspector, has died. At least, that's what the world—and Charles Dreyfuss—thinks when a dead body is discovered in Clouseau's car after he's been shot off the road. Naturally, Clouseau believes otherwise and, taking advantage of the fact that he is not alive, sets out to discover why an attempt on his life was made.
