Following his recent divorce, a newly divorced young man uncovers a Blade doll in mint condition in the closet of his deceased brother, and decides to sell the toy at a convention in Oregon commemorating the 30th anniversary of the notorious Toulon Murders. After some weird power animates all of the puppet figures present at the conference and sends them on a murderous rampage, all hell breaks loose during the auction.
