It was once called the Kingdom of the People of the Vale, but now it's all that's left is the Sword of the Vale. When Ash, Iris, and Cilan go to Eindoak for a harvest festival, they meet the legendary Pokémon Victini, who wants to pass on its power of victory to someone. Damon, a descendant of the People of the Vale, has arrived in the city.
