Pioneer
Pioneer takes place in the early 1980s, during the start of Norway's oil boom. The North Sea's enormous oil and gas reserves have been discovered, and the authorities intend to transport the oil ashore via a pipeline from depths of 500 meters. Petter is a professional diver fascinated with reaching the bottom of the Norwegian Sea. He possesses the discipline, strength, and courage necessary to undertake the world's most perilous quest. However, a horrific accident alters everything. Petter is dispatched on a risky voyage during which he loses sight of the puppeteer. Gradually, he comes to understand that he is in way over his head and that his life is on the line.
