Patlabor 2: The Movie

When a terrorist attack is blamed on an Air Force jet, a Japanese police unit employing large anthropomorphic robots (dubbed Labors) becomes embroiled in a political battle between civilian and military authority. The squad gets close to a terrorist commander with the assistance of a government agent in order to prevent things from spiraling out of control when the military is forced to implement martial law.
