Nobody's Fool
Cassie works in a bar, where she is sad and lonely. She is also despondent and suicidal. The moment she revealed to her boyfriend that she was expecting a child, he abandoned her. She'd given her kid away for adoption after multiple failed suicide attempts, and she now regrets it. The stage technician Riley is introduced to her when a theater group from Los Angeles visits the little hamlet of Buckeye. Then, quietly and deftly, he begins to court her... she is smitten with him, but she is still still in love with her ex-boyfriend Billy.
