Two Hong Kong police officers are dispatched to Tokyo to apprehend an ex-police officer who stole a big sum of money in diamonds. After one is caught by the Ninja-gang defending the rogue officer, the other recruits his old orphanage group, known as the "Five Lucky Stars," to aid him. They do this despite disliking it.
