In 19th Century Paris, the maniacal Dr. Mirakle abducts girls as well as infuses them with ape blood in an attempt to verify ape-human kinship. He frequently meets failing as the abducted ladies pass away. Clinical student Pierre Dupin uncovers what Mirakle is doing too late to stop the kidnapping of his sweetheart Camille.
