Maixabel
Juan Maria Jauregi, the spouse of Maixabel Lasa, was taken out of the picture by ETA in the year 2000. Eleven years later, she gets an unbelievable request: one of the men who killed Juan wants to meet with her at the prison where he is doing his sentence after breaking links with the terrorist group. The prison is located in Araba, Spain and is called Nanclares de la Oca. Maixabel Lasa has agreed to have a face-to-face conversation with the people who were responsible for the death of the person who had been her constant companion since she was 16 years old, despite her concerns and the great amount of anguish that she is in. When asked why she was willing to confront the person who had slain her husband, she responded, "Everyone deserves a second opportunity." Her husband had been shot and killed.
