Macunaíma
Macunama, born a fully grown black man in a community in the Brazilian bush, suddenly transforms into a white man before embarking on an exciting journey to So Paulo. Once he arrives, he transforms into a dandy and falls in love with Ci, a rebel who is killed by an unintentional bombing. When Macunaima returns to his town after robbing a violent industrialist, he discovers that his newly gained knowledge and riches are of little use.
