Because of a very small offense, Frank Leone is getting close to the end of his time behind bars. However, Warden Drumgoole assumes command right before the inmate is released on parole. After his government was publically embarrassed by Leone, Drumgoole was transferred to a hellhole prison. He has now arrived on the scene with the intention of ensuring that Leone is never released from his incarceration.
