Liz and the Blue Bird

Mizore Yoroizuka and Nozomi Kasaki, members of the Kitauji High School music club, are two close friends. Yoroizuka plays the oboe and Kasaki plays the flute, both of whom are quiet and restrained. The ensemble has chosen to perform Liz and the Blue Bird, a song based on a folk tale about a girl's relationship with a bird. Due to a solo performance by Yoroizuka, the musical piece places both Mizore and Nozomi in the spotlight, forcing the two girls to reconsider their friendship.
