A police officer finds himself in a race against time to locate a kidnap victim whose captor he accidently killed while investigating the case. Frank Penny, played by Aaron Eckhart, is a disgraced police officer who is hoping for a second chance at atonement. A kidnapping occurs, and Frank goes rogue in an attempt to save the daughter of the police chief. Frank, on the other hand, will require the assistance of Ava Brooks, whose live-streaming news program will be broadcasting Frank's every step in order to locate the girl. Frank and Ava race against the clock in this thrilling action-thriller as the city looks on.
