In December 1980, John Lennon and Yoko Ono had not spoken with the media for more than 5 years. With a new cd to promote Lennon was prepared to talk in New york city to Radio One D.J. Andy Peebles of the BBC. John surprised everybody by candidly reviewing a variety of subjects he 'd never ever mentioned prior to consisting of The Beatles split, his partnership with Paul McCartney, his battles with dependency, political issues in the United States and also UK, his family members as well as his nostalgia for Liverpool.
