Jian Bing Man
The modern era in Beijing. Da Peng (Da Peng) is a popular television personality who is approached by mafia businessman Wang Hai (Liang Chao) to direct a film in which he will fund. Wang maintains that Da Peng's co-star is Du Xiaoxiao, a television drama actress (Yuan Shanshan). However, after a nightclub scandal involving Da Peng goes viral, he is blacklisted by a strong internet executive (Charles Zhang) and finds himself without a male co-star. Wang also seeks reimbursement for his investment. Da Peng chooses to make his own film on a shoestring budget, based on a story he has written about an alien named A Li who arrives on Earth and embarks on numerous adventures as a superhero.
