Inescapable
Approximately twenty-five years ago, Adib, a talented young officer in the Syrian military police, abruptly and mysteriously left Damascus under questionable circumstances. His life was turned upside down when he abandoned Fatima and traveled to Canada to start over. When his daughter Muna vanishes without a trace in Damascus, his history threatens to brutally resurface and reclaim his life. Adib, in collaboration with a Canadian ambassador, must now confront the upheaval he believed he had left behind in order to locate Muna and bring her home.
