Imperial Blue
Hugo Winter season, a roguish American medication smuggler, takes a trip to Uganda in an effort to export a large quantity of Bulu, a spiritual herb that grants the customer visions of their future. Upon arriving in Kampala, he quickly finds that his only ways of accomplishing this is through 2 sisters with contending agendas, born-again Kisakye and rebellious Angela, who originate from the remote town of Makaana where the Bulu is expanded. As they lead Hugo deeper into the forest and also additionally into their web of fraud, it is unclear if his drug-addled predictions are aiding his quest or clouding his future.
