How to Train Your Dragon

Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III, the son of a Viking commander, is on the edge of manhood when he is presented with a rite of passage: he must slay a dragon in order to demonstrate that he is a worthy warrior. But after defeating a dangerous dragon, he has a change of heart and decides to become friends with the creature, whom he calls Toothless, much to the dismay of his father, who is a fierce fighter.
