16-year-old Andi and her younger brother Bruce move into an abandoned hotel in order to care for their dog. The hotel soon becomes a shelter for every orphaned dog in town, as more strays begin to flock there. A quick wit and fast thinking will be required of the kids if they want to avoid being caught by the police.
