The three stooges are car mechanics who work for the Royal Air Force in England. After crashing into an officer's car, they need to hide, but the sewer pipe they choose turns out to be a bomb that is dropped on the enemy. Moe and Curly dress up as German officers when they find themselves behind enemy lines, and Larry dresses as a seductive fraulein. Moe and Curly steal the secret plans from the high command while General Bommel is chasing Larry.
