Larry and his wife Julia move into an old house, where they find the man's half-brother, who used to be the woman's lover, hiding upstairs. Frank's earthly body was taken by three S&M demons, the Cenobites. A drop of blood on the floor brings him back to life. He will soon make his former mistress bring him the human sacrifices he needs to finish his body, but the Cenobites won't be happy about this.
