Hatchback
Wyatt, a pessimistic narcoleptic who lives in an apartment resembling a flop house, aspires to become a journalist. When he discovers that a mystery girl named Fern resides on his street in an88' Toyota Tercel hatchback, his hopes for a successful profession are nearly destroyed. In Montana, when Fern was a young child, her father went missing and was presumed dead. After receiving a cryptic letter from a stranger named Dr. Green informing her that her father is still alive and residing in Los Angeles, she resolves to search for him on her own. The two go on a trip to discover Fern's absent father amid the abandoned areas of the city, while developing a romantic attraction to one another.
