When Ellie's father, Harry, is killed while wearing a Halloween mask made by the Silver Shamrock mask company, Dr. Daniel Challis and Ellie Grimbridge find out about a horrible murder plot. The owner of the company, Conal Cochran, wants to use his masks to bring Halloween back to its darker roots. This horrible plan would cause death and destruction all over the country.
