Twitch (Kurupt) is moved to a tougher prison than the reopened Alcatraz. In reality, he has much grander purposes. There he meets Burke (Bill Goldberg), a big prisoner who can handle himself. Twitch, despite being less muscular, is as mouthy and similar. When the black gang boss is shot dead and the finger points at Burke, a violent takeover of the jail ensues. But the real killer and leader of the Hispanics, Cortez (Robert Madrid), kidnaps Twitch's girlfriend and Burke's daughter.
